P505 505 TELEINF NEWS 13:11:31 historic talks with his yugoslav counterpart Milan Milutinovic on normalising relations between the two offshots of the former Yugoslavia. Granic arrived here mid-morning on his first official visit to Belgrade since the outbreak of war in the former Yugoslavia. He was due to have a meeting with serbian president Slobodan Milosevic at midday, reliable sources said. Granic was also scheduled to meet representatives of the croatian community living in Vojvodina, the northern province of Serbia, bordering Croatia. The rump Yugoslavia and Croatia have not mutually recognised each other because of persistent problems.
