HANOI - France's junior minister for francophone affairs, Margie Sudre, was expected here Wednesday for talks with vietnamese officials on preparations for the next francophone summit, due to be held in Hanoi in 1997, french diplomats said. Vietnam was selected as the venue at the last summit of the 47 french-speaking countries. The summit was held in Cotonou, the capital of the west african nation of Benin, last December.
