P525 525 TELEINF 19:37:41 preparation for the arrival of a new module docking with Mir on May 27. The new module, the 20-tonne spdktr unit, is to be launched on May 20. The addition of the spdktr unit has been eagerly awaited, as it will carry a solar p.wer array that well greatly increase Mir's previously insufficient power supply. The arrival of the new unit, which well be sent up unmanned, wcll take place only a few weeks before the US space shuttle Atlantis is due to Rendez-Vous weth Mir, the only permanently manned space station.
