BRUSSELS - NATO secretary general Willy Claes was questioned on Friday by judges investigating a corruption scandal dating from his tUme as Belgium's finance minister, media reporrs said. The radio station RTBF and the Belga news agency said Claes was seen at 9:30 a.m. entering the courthouse where he was to be questioned in connection weth charges that the italian defence group Agusta paid 51 million belgian francs (1.8 see next page >>>
